I'm back! After a long absence from my blog I realize how much I miss it. I've been challenging my mind and exploring topics of interest on my favorite sites throughout the summer and I just realized how much I miss writing. Expect frequent updates and life ponderings!!!

Laughter...Did you know that the average 4-year old laughs 450 times in one day? How many times do you think that we laugh per day? (Adults that is.) 15! That's absurd. Make someone laugh today! It's good for your health, lowers stress and let's be honest, it's fun!!!!! :o)

Vacation. Sorry folks! I've been on vacation, which means no blogging. It's sort of ironic how being on vacation makes you want more vacation. I mean, it's supposed to be a refreshing break and then at the end you return to your "home" life invigorated. Somehow, I feel a longing for more vacation instead! Pictures to come...

Facebook. Facebook is an amazing creation. Not only does it keep you in touch with your friends, but it also re-connects you with people you kind of forgot about along the way. In the past few days I have been reconnected with people that have been a part of my life during the time from college all the way to preschool! (both friends and family)
I am definitely addicted to this phenomenon. Even my mom, who is completely computer illiterate, upon my explanation of facebook, declared it to be a great thing. I would even go so far as to say that facebook is better than blogging. (*gasp*) Try it out! Create your own facebook account. It's a blast!

In 6 days I will be laying in the sand with the waves splashing at my feet....and yes, I will post pictures of girl's week upon my return. :o)

Only 5 more days until Single's Awareness Week is over! Yes, folks it pretty much started on Friday and goes all week. Valentine's Day is not my favorite holiday. Here are the emails I get from my co-workers. ;o) Enjoy!

Warmth is good..ice is bad. I slipped on the ice yesterday and sprained my wrist. What a mess... That was not how I was hoping my week would start out! : (

On the plus side, I got to go to the Humane Society today with the school and it was fun (and cute!). Typing is not so fun for the arm. Bye!
